The total shipping fee is dynamically generated at checkout once you enter your delivery address. The specific contents of your order and your destination postcode will ultimately determine which premium delivery services you are offered under our standard Shipment Policy.
2. Transparent Pricing: No Hidden Fees in the Shipment Policy
We value honesty in our customer relationships. When you shop with us, the price you see for shipping at checkout is exactly what you pay.

No Handling Charges: We do not charge extra for picking, packing, or processing your orders.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Because we specialize in high-quality leather craftsmanship, some items require careful preparation before they leave our warehouse. Our delivery timelines are split into two categories:

Standard In-Stock Orders: We aim to deliver your order within 20 to 25 working days from the date of purchase.

Tailor-Made, Customized, or Back-Orders: For bespoke alterations, custom sizing, unique design requests, or items currently on back-order, production and shipping safely takes about 3 to 4 weeks.
Please Note: While we strive to meet these windows consistently, local delivery times may vary according to your specific geographical location, customs processing speeds, and regional courier schedules.
4. Shipping Carriers & Real-Time Tracking
To ensure the highest level of security and speed, our back-office systems at Leather Hub are fully integrated with world-class courier networks, specifically DHL and FEDEX.
The exact second your parcel is securely packed and dispatched from our facility, our integrated system triggers an automated shipping confirmation email. This email contains your dedicated tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking portal. This seamless integration allows both you and our customer support team to monitor your parcel's every move, providing real-time updates from our door straight to yours.
5. Delivery Restrictions & PO Boxes
Due to the high value and physical size of our premium leather shipments, we require secure physical addresses for all deliveries. Please note that we are strictly unable to deliver to PO Boxes on any of our shipping services.
All customers must provide a valid physical street address where a courier can successfully drop off the package. If a PO Box is entered at checkout, your order will be placed on hold, and our team will contact you to update the address, which may delay your estimated delivery timeline.
6. Returns and Exchanges Policy
We maintain strict quality control standards to ensure your leather goods are flawless. However, if a return or exchange is necessary, the following conditions apply:

Defective Items Only: Only genuinely defective or damaged items will be entertained for an exchange. We do not offer exchanges or returns for simple change-of-mind once an item has been processed and shipped.

Return Shipping Costs: If you are authorized to return a defective item, all returns must be sent back to us at our official contact address at your own cost. Leather Hub does not cover return shipping fees.
